what happens when vata is upset?

We get cold, constipation, lack of energy, loss of sleep, fatigue, emaciation,
abdominal distention with flatulence, defective sensory functioning. Psychological symptoms
include fear, anxiety, insecurity, confusion, and aimless talking.
