Peppermint essential oil

You can find essential oils at aromatherapy stores. Soak some cotton balls in pure peppermint essential oil and place them in places where rats are often seen. Keep changing these cotton balls in a few days so that their smell remains pungent again.

Cloves

tie some whole cloves in pieces of cloth and keep them in place. The strong smell of clove oil keeps the rats away. You can also use clove oil soaked in cotton. And place them in areas that attract rats.

Phenyl tablets

Phenyl tablets are often in the home; as a deterrent, spread phenyl tablets in areas most frequented by rats. You place it near the rat’s bill or near the drawers, cupboards, and entrance of the house. Mice are not able to breathe due to the smell of phenyl, being disturbed by this, they will leave the house and run away immediately.

Onion juice

If you have a lot of mice in your house, try a concentrated hot onion juice. Actually, rats do not like the smell of onions at all, in such a situation, they run away immediately after pouring juice near their bill. Use onion juice in the places where it is most commonly found, such as around a pipe, under your sink, or behind a cupboard.

Garlic buds

If there is a problem with mice, then there is also an indigenous recipe related to garlic buds. For this, chop the garlic and sprinkle it with water in the corners of your house. Keep in mind that the garlic cloves have to be very finely chopped.

Mice are attracted to the smell of bay leaves very fast. But the elements found in it are very toxic to rats and mice die after eating it.
