While revolving around the Meditation world, Chakra Meditation is what we here near around that. There are a lot of people, meditation centres, Guru’s which claim to have opened their Chakras. Not sure, if they have done so, but surely it is not something you can do in a day or month. The Meditation takes a lot of time a practice.

Chakra meditation has a specific definition and meaning. “Chakra” is a Sanskrit word that actually implies wheel or cycle. With regards to otherworldly trains, for example, yoga. The Psychology book says that chakras are entirely associated with whatever we see and experience. It further includes its relation with color therapy and Maslow’s hierarchical Theory. Every one of the seven chakras has a particular capacity that relates to specific parts of our human experience.

How to Perform Chakra Meditation

The Root Chakra Meditation Steps

  • Like all, sit in the most comfortable position and start breathing normally but stay focused on your breaths.
  • After 5 minutes of normal breathing, pay all your attention to Root chakra which is at the base of the spine. Now inhale and exhale focusing on that point.
  • Try to see a red fiery ball or any light at that point. Practice it daily. Soon you’ll begin to see by yourself.
  • Practice it for 10 minutes. After doing it start focusing on yourself, your emotions and how you feel it, and Relax!

The Sacral Chakra Meditation Steps

  • Similarly, like Root meditation, focus on your breaths and then on the chakra point. With every inhale and exhale feel as the oxygen is touching your sexual organs.
  • Feel the flow of energy and try to see an orange color ball brightening at the Sacral chakra. Feel its flow and keep yourself relaxed.
  • After 10 minutes of practicing it relax and feel good about yourself. Practice it daily for great results.

Solar Plexus Chakra Meditation Steps

  • Similarly, like Root meditation, focus on your breaths and then on the Solar Plexus chakra point. With every inhale and exhale as feel the energy at the chakra point.
  • Try to see a bright golden yellowish color ball brightening at the focused point. Feel its flow and keep yourself relaxed.
  • After 10 minutes of practicing it relax and feel good about yourself. Practice it daily for great results.

The Heart Chakra Meditation Steps

  • Similarly, like Root meditation, focus on your breaths and then on the heart chakra point. With every inhale and exhale as feel the energy at the chakra point.
  • Try to see an emerald green ball of light color ball brightening at the focused point. Feel its flow and keep yourself relaxed. Feel the love, purity, and prosperity around
  • After 10 minutes of practicing it relax and feel good about yourself. Practice it daily for great results.

The Throat Chakra Meditation Steps

  • The process is similar to the above meditation chakra practices. With this chakra try to see the glimmering blue ball and with each exhalation, the ball is glowing more.
  • Surround yourself with the feel of the energy of victory. Count yourself as a brave, fearless, and noble.
  • Relax and feel good about yourself.

The Third Eye Chakra Meditation Steps

  • Similarly, like other Chakras, stay focused on your breath and chakras.
  • With each exhale, feel the energy in the third eye growing stronger. Try to see an indigo ball of light glowing more and more with each inhales and exhales.
  • Feel the empowered mind and happiness of consciousness in your mind.
  • Practice it for 10 minutes in the beginning and be relaxed after it.

The Crown Chakra Meditation Steps

The crown chakra or Sahasrara is at the highest point of the head. A few writings find it over the crown so as to separate it from whatever remains of the chakras in our bodies. Yogic writings portray it as a thousand-petaled lotus. It controls the upper mind and the correct eye. There is a chakra in the focal point of the brow, called the temple chakra. It controls the sensory system and pineal organ.

  • Like other chakra practices, stay focused on breaths and chakra point.
  • This can only be done after all the other chakras are open or you’re certainly just focused on nothing but just chakra point.
  • Feel the removal of all blockages and strength from within.

Note- The Chakra meditation is the king meditation, you can say. It removes all the blockages and impurity from the body and makes you feel good and wiser than ever.
