What Is Ghee?
Ghee is somewhat similar to refined butter. It is a fat that is made by heating, melted or clarified or warm butter, from which solid milk and water are removed.
It is a category of “clarified butter” that originated in South Asia and is generally used in South Asian, Iranian, Arabic (Indian, Bangladeshi, Nepali, and Pakistani) cuisine.
The word comes from Sanskrit root and Hindi phrase. It has no other name in the English language other than calling it “ghee”.
Process of Ghee: Animal milk is converted into curd, now it is churned to get butter from curd, now it is heated to get ghee from this butter.
In other word we can say It is only clarification is a liquid butter mainly made from cow’s milk or buffalo’s milk.
