How to Use Essential Oils For Sleep

You can also massage your skin by adding a few drops of essential oil to some other oil. Note that always use essential oil mixed with some other oil like coconut oil, almond oil or olive oil.

Make room diffusers:– Take a bottle and start adding essential oils. Add 15-20 lavender oil and 10 drops of Ylang Ylang oil to the bottle. You can also use a paper funnel to easily move the same. Then pour the same amount of distilled water and rose water into the bottle. Now keep the spray bottle near your pillow. When you go to sleep, put it on your pillow and bedsheet. Keep in mind, keep essential oil spray in a cool place.

Massage Oil Formula:- 5 ml of sweet almond oil with 100 μl of essential oil (2%) and then gently mix at room temperature until it is homogeneously liquid.

  • Shortly before bed put a few drops of essential oil in your pillow.
  • A few drops can be mix into the bathwater.
  • You can apply a few drops to your soles by diluting essential oil.
  • Take a few drops of essential oil in a cup of water and gargle for a few minutes.
