Dhyana is the seventh limb of yoga which is built upon asana which is the physical posture, pranayama which is the breath control, pratyahara which is the control of senses with moving of the focus to the inside, and dharna which is concentration. The word Dhyana originates from Sanskrit word “dhyai” meaning “to think of.”
