Effective Poses of Yoga For Tinnitus

These yoga exercises have been chosen with the primary intention of increasing blood supply to the ear, removing stiffness from the neck and shoulder area, and strengthening the spine. The improvement achieved by practicing them will definitely improve the ear health.


To do Tasasan, stand with a gap of 4 to 6 inches. After that raise both arms upwards. During this time, keep your eyes on anything that comes in front of your eyes. In this, all the weight of your body will be on the fingers of your feet. After staying in this state for some time, return to this normal. Do this asana at least ten times. During this posture, while breathing up, take the breath in and out while coming down.

Place your feet around 4 feet. Now bend one leg at 45 degree angle and the other leg at 90 degree angle. Stretch your arms in such a way that they are parallel to the floor. After this, the leg that is standing at a 90 degree angle, lean towards the floor in the same direction, and try to touch your hand from the floor. Raise the other hand up and keep it upright.

To perform Ustrasana lie on your stomach and then hold the calf of the feet with both hands. After this, pull the top and bottom of the chest, shoulders, and abdomen. In this position, stay for 3 to 8 minutes and keep the mouth completely closed.

To practice Matsyasana, first sit in Padmasana. Now bend over and lie down. Then tie both your hands to each other and place it behind the head and lift the back part up and bend the neck and rest the upper part of the head on the ground. Now hold both your toes with your hands and make sure that both the elbows are close to the ground. Practice for one to five minutes.
