1. Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog Pose)
Adho Mukha Svanasana may sound difficult to do, but it isn’t. Not like its name. It is also called the Downward Facing Dog pose since it resembles a dog who is bending forward. This Ashtanga Yoga, beginner level, needs to be done in the morning especially with an empty stomach. You have to hold the pose for nearly 1 to 3 minutes.
It improves blood circulation to the head and fresh blood flow to the head which enables hair growth. It also compresses the muscles in the abdominal region and improves digestion. 2. Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose)

All known as All Limb Pose, Sarvangasana is considered to be the queen of all the asanas. It is quite a powerful asana that can help you in different variations. This shoulder stand performs best when done in the morning especially on an empty stomach.
It supplies more oxygen to the skin and hence enables hair growth. It cures mild depression as it calms the mind and also relieves the stress which prevents hair loss. It also stretches shoulders and neck. It also regularizes the metabolism and keeps fatigue away.
3.Vajrasana (Adamintine Pose)

Also known as Thunderbolt Post, Vajrasana has another name, i.e. Diamond Pose which comes from the notion that pranayama is performed in Vajrasana position which makes the human body strong like a diamond. It is most beneficial when done after taking a meal.
It cures stomach disorders and improves blood circulation. It eliminates constipation. It also makes the mind stable, reduces obesity and relieves the stress in the back. It also strengthens muscles.
4. Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend Pose)

Also known as Standing Forward Bend Pose, Uttanasana rejuvenates the body and also lifts the spirit. You can practice it in the morning with an empty stomach or in the evening but only after a gap of nearly 4 to 6 hours after your last meal.
It adds a rush of energy to the cells of your head. It helps in quietening the mind and keeps away splitting headaches as well as sleepless nights thus enabling better hairs. The digestive organs are also well massaged which solves any constipation issues.
5. Anulom Vilom Pranayama (Alternate Nostril Breathing)

This pranayama requires to breathe coordination at a much higher rate and hence leads to higher rate of metabolism activity which strengths the metabolism of muscles and results in an improvement of the operation of the respiratory organ.
Anulom vilom pranayama helps in promoting healthy hair growth by nourishing the scalp. It also cures mental problems such as Anxiety, tension etc. which keeps away hair loss. It is quite beneficial for breathing-related ailments like Asthma etc. It also improves the working of lungs.
6. Kapalbhati Pranayama (Skull Shining Breathing)

Kapalbhati pranayama involves active exhalation coupled with passive inhalation. During the inhalation process, the stomach sinks and during exhaling, it is vice-versa. This stomach movement is beneficial for abdominal and stomach muscles which include liver and pancreas. It leads to an increment of blood flow to these areas.
During this pranayama, the brain cells receive more oxygen which is good for the nervous system and hence enable better hair growth. It aids in digestion and also removes acidity and other gas related problems. It reduces belly fat. It also strengthens lungs and increases their capacity. It also removes toxins from the body.
7. Bhastirka Pranayama (Bellows Breath)

In Sanskrit, Bhastirka means bellows. It resembles the blowing of bellows. It is a great breathing exercise that can be practiced fast and slowly as per comfort.
It helps in removing excess bile, wind, phlegm from the body and also purifies the nervous system which is essential for better hairs. It provides strength to the lungs. It helps in allergies, ailments like Asthma, respiratory diseases. It helps in tonsil and thyroid-related problems. It calms the mind. It purifies the blood and removes toxins from the body. It heats up the body, and it is quite helpful in the cold. It also improves the immune system.
